I always say that the most important thing a trainer should do is put the athlete first. Far too often in the personal training and fitness industry, misleading advice is given and the trainer's own faith dedicated to the athlete.

According to PATOIR COACHING's vision, this makes no sense. In order to be able to consistently build on one's personal beliefs and possibilities, it is important that sustainable patterns are worked on. This is not to say that everyone's options cannot shift.


I choose not to use "quick fixes" but a solid, well-substantiated way of working. No hype-sensitive information or fancy marketing for a miracle pill. This does not exist.

 

What does work: the combination of learning to feed properly, learning to exercise enough and well and developing a good mindset. This combination will ensure that goals are achieved.

During our 'client and personal trainer' collaboration, there is no such thing as the perfect exercise or a good food.

Every client is different, every goal is different and it is only good if you can effectively combine those two points.

 

Even if I've put together the perfect training and nutrition program for you, it only turns out to be valuable if you can actually stick with it.

That is why I pay a lot of attention to the mental aspect in our collaboration, so that you can also apply it all in your life. An effective personal trainer is therefore also a lifestyle coach in my opinion.
