Fitness will never become my hobby, but Pim makes fitness a lot more fun: very varied exercises, your posture is carefully monitored and you push the boundaries together.

 

In the training with Pim I do more than I think I can handle myself.

 

You get much more satisfaction out of it than participating in a group lesson. I have more energy, lose inches and really feel like I'm doing a good job!

After walking with pregnancy pounds for several years, I decided enough was enough. I signed up for a gym, the exercise went well but I noticed that I was starting to lose motivation. Through the gym I was introduced to Pim!


In the beginning I was quite skeptical, I thought it wouldn't work out, but Pim is someone who is pushing boundaries with me.

 

Because of his expertise, drive and humor, I am fully motivated again and I feel that I can take on the world again and of course not very unimportant, I lose
weight and feel better in my own skin :)

Before, I had not exercised much and I never knew exactly what to do in a gym. This made me feel insecure. I wanted to 'learn' sports in order to master the right technique and the right posture.

 

After a very extensive intake, in which not only sports and nutrition were discussed, but also sleep, stress and the personal environment, we started training.

They looked very carefully at what I could do and after a while people increasingly pushed the limits. Finally lost 10kg in 4 months and I know exactly how to keep this up but also enjoy life.

When you hire a personal trainer, you have certain ideas about it. The actual collaboration turned out to be very different from any expectation.

I got so much more in return, I could not have predicted that.

​

My expectation, strength, condition, chic muscles or nicer buttocks, that's what I did it for in the first place. But for me a changed attitude to life came along.
